The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on the approach to the first bend involving The Liffey, ridden by Reese Holohan, Dontspoilasale, ridden by J. Pietropaolo, Platino Bianco, ridden by Nicola Burns and Sporting Hero (GB), ridden by A.J. Casey, where it appeared things got tight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Venetian, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

R.M Mulligan, rider of Nelliestar, trained by Thomas Patrick McGettigan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right all the way.

S. Foley, rider of Akissfromarose, trained by Daniel James Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Aughlish, trained by Ms Claire O'Connell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight near the winning post. Having viewed the recording of the race, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

A.C. Persse, rider of Auguste Gusteau, trained by M.A.Cahill, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his lead cloth came off after the line. Having viewed the recording of the race, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that the horse had completed the race with the lead cloth and that it had come off after the finish line and that no further action was warranted.

044C Dundalk Winter Series Championship H'cap

S.B. Kelly, rider of Queen Leila (GB), trained by Noel C. Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

Adam Caffrey, rider of One Cool Bear, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around in the home straight.

044D BAR 1 Betting 'Download Our App' H'cap

The Raceday Stewards interviewed I. Khan, rider of Lahore Da King, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that I. Khan was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and R.10.3(i)(time to respond). Having considered his clean record regarding R.10.3(g), they suspended him for two racedays. Having considered his record regarding R.10.3(i) (fifth offence), they suspended him for twenty racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Musical Act, trained by Ciaran Murphy, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

S. Foley, rider of Musical Act, trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount's action shortened up late on.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Una Matata, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the starting stalls.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Aratayvo, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen.

044E Dundalk Stadium Patton Race

L.F. Roche, rider of Outlaw Man (USA), trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

W.J. Lee, rider of Liberation Date (GB), trained by Jack Foley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly in the home straight.

044F New Saddle Bar At Dundalk Stadium H'cap

C. Cusack, rider of Porsche Lad, trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount anticipated the start and was slowly away. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the video footage where it appeared Porsche Lad anticipated the start and forced the gate to open quicker than the others, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no advantage was gained and no further action was warranted.

A.S. Grant, rider of Sectarius, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen throughout.

044G Floodlit Fridays At Dundalk Stadium Race

Reese Holohan, rider of Persian Bliss (GB), trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount reared up in the starting stalls and was subsequently slowly away.

044H Put The Fun Into Fundraising Dundalk Mdn

The Raceday Stewards informed Mr Michael Halford, Authorised Representative for Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer, that Casamorati, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed J.A. Heffernan, rider of Path To Power (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that J.A. Heffernan was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Mr Craig Bryson the Authorised Representative of Natalia Lupini, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Sutton Hoo, placed first, as compared with it's most recent run. Mr Craig Bryson stated that Sutton Hoo didn't handle the soft ground last time out and returning to a sounder surface may have brought about today's apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the report.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Path To Power (GB), trained by Josh Halley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around under pressure.

W.J. Lee, rider of Chicago Moon, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled left towards the rail when turning into the home straight.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Michael Butler trainer of Annestown had received a report from the rider who had stated that the animal had lost it's action. Annestown was subsequently examined by the IHRB Veterinary Officer who reported the animal to be post race normal.
